  Cone here regularly and staff are great. We come here because we can always get a seat and staff don't mind if our 4 year old wants to go for a walk about, with us of course. She loves the ice cream that comes with red laces and smarties.

  Dreadful service, unwelcoming and poor atmosphere. Pie was nice though, wish someone was around to ask for more gravy. Only veg available was green beans or peas, nothing else! At payment weren't even asked if we enjoyed the meal. Avoid.

  Absolutely terrible service. Manager was extremely rude, especially when the chips were rejected as undercooked (the replacement fries were also undercooked!) The steak was burnt (not medium to well done as requested) and the gammon was hidden by the 2 fried eggs... I have offered feedback prior to posting this, but they obviously don't give a damn (in keeping with the poor service and food that we experienced ).
